Event Application
We would love to have you at our fairs! They are a great way to gain exposure for your business and network with holistic minded people in our community. If you would like to submit an application for a booth please print the file below, fill out, and submit with your booth fee to:

Booth Information:
All booth spaces include a 6 foot table and 2 chairs. There will be approximately 6 feet of space behind most tables. Please advise us at the time of application if you need a lot of space for equipment, etc. We do try to accommodate everyone's needs. Booths may be shared with other vendors at no additional cost. Some booths have access to an electrical outlet. The earlier you sign up the more likely you are to get one of these booths.
PRICE: $75 for Chamber Members, $85 member of another holistic chamber, $125 non-members
Contract Stipulations:
1. Fair hours are 10-5:00 p.m. Set-up the same day at 8:30-9:30 or on Friday, September 24 (time to be announced). We respectfully request that you stay until the end of the fair and tear down at 5:00.
2. Participants are responsible to meet state and city licensing requirements.
3. If you are going to use a table it must be draped.
4. No refunds on cancellations less than 14 days prior to February 25th, 2012.
5. Sponsors are not responsible for loss, breakage or theft of participant’s belongings.

Lecture Application

We will review your application and contact you to share our determination.
